How do I access my course?

 

If you purchased your subscription directly on the Hippo website, you have immediate access. Go to the Hippo Education homepage.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click your name in the top right corner.
  1. 3. Select your course from the dropdown menu.

If your order was placed through a group link, there is a manual setup phase:

1. Processing Time: It typically takes 1–2 business days to process payment and set up the account.
2. Next Step: Keep an eye on your inbox. You will receive an email notification with getting-started details once your account is ready.
