App Troubleshooting Tips
Sorry you're having trouble accessing your subscription on our app! Here's a few things to try that should help resolve the issue:
1. Pull/swipe down from the top of the app to refresh.
2. Log out and back in to the app.
3. Delete the app and reinstall it.
If you’re on an Android, a quick 'clear cache and data' usually does the trick. Here’s how to do it:
1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap on Apps (or Manage Apps).
3. Select the Hippo Education app from the list.
4. Tap on Storage, then select Clear Data and Clear Cache.
