In her free time, she loves spending time with her two daughters, traveling with her husband, and taking her fluffy corgi on long walks on the beach.

Sol Behar is an award winning educator, and practicing pediatric emergency medicine physician at Long Beach Memorial/Miller Children's Hospital. He completed his general pediatric residency, chief residency, and emergency medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. He grew up in Las Vegas, NV and insists you always split aces when playing Blackjack. He has hosted the CME podcast Pediatrics Reviews and Perspectives (Peds RAP) since its inception in 2015, and truly loves educating himself and his listeners. He is glad to have three children of his own who give him pediatric street cred, and a good excuse to stay hip to YA literature.
