My payment isn't going through
Stuck on the payment page? Here's a few things to try if your payment is not going through or if you aren't able to submit all of your payment info:
1. Double check that all of the information you entered is correct, including the zip code and your credit card information
2. Try clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser
3. Switch to a different web browser
4. Restart your computer
*Note if you are using a zip code outside of the United States with 4 digits, add a 0 to your zip code to complete the payment form.
