How do I request a refund?
We're sorry our Hippo course didn't work out for you. We're happy to issue a refund in the following situations:
1. If you didn't pass your exam after using one of our board reviews, we've got you covered. We can either give you a full refund or extend your subscription for another year—just send us your exam results and let us know which option you’d prefer.
2. If you meant to cancel your RAP auto-renewal but missed it, no worries—we can refund the charge and cancel your subscription.
3. If you're not happy with your subscription, we want to make it right. For Board Reviews and Bootcamps, we can offer a refund within the first week of purchase. After that, we're unable to issue refunds. For RAPs, we're happy to offer a prorated refund based on the unused time left in your subscription.
