Dr. Behar is an award-winning educator, and practicing pediatric emergency medicine physician at Long Beach Memorial/Miller Children's Hospital. He completed his general pediatric residency, chief residency, and emergency medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. He grew up in Las Vegas, NV and insists you always split aces when playing Blackjack. He has hosted the CME podcast Pediatrics Reviews and Perspectives (Peds RAP) since its inception in 2015, and truly loves educating himself and his listeners. He is glad to have three children of his own who give him pediatric street cred, and a good excuse to stay hip.

Dr. Frayha is a board-certified internist who strives to humanize medicine through education and storytelling. She completed medical school and her internal medicine residency and chief residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, where she stayed for many years as teaching faculty and an assistant dean. She earned many teaching awards and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. In 2018, Neda joined Hippo Education as Senior Lead Editor and host of the Primary Care Reviews and Perspectives podcast. She works in a primary care practice in her community, which leaves her humbled every day at all there still is to learn. In her spare time, Neda produces public radio stories for WHYY’s The Pulse and has written for The Washington Post and Katie Couric Media. She enjoys time with her family, good food, exercise to offset the good food, and listening to way too many podcasts.

Dr. Proffitt is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician working as a community emergency physician in Scottsdale, Arizona. She completed both her masters degree and medical school training at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She found her love of podcasting and passion for medical education during residency at Spectrum Health Lakeland in Southwest Michigan. During this time, she became an inaugural member of EMRACAST. Tiffany used her skills to assist in the development of her residency program’s podcast and contribute to CanadiEM podcasts. As if practicing medicine, podcasting, and chasing down twins while spending time with her husband wasn’t enough, Tiffany is the co-founder of the HonorHealth Women Physicians Leadership Council. The mission of the WPLC is to increase gender equality by removing barriers and providing greater access to professional development and leadership opportunities for the 550 women physicians within her hospital system. She is a crazy hockey mom, enthusiastic dance mom and enthusiastically signs the wrong words to songs.

Dr. DeLaney is the host of ERCast and is a professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and completed medical school at the University of South Alabama before heading north to Portland, Maine for his EM residency at Maine Medical Center. Matthew worked in several community emergency departments before he joined the faculty at UAB. Matthew co-hosted Urgent Care Reviews and Perspectives for years before moving over to ERCast. He lives in a house full of women including his two daughters and his wife Erin who is a family medicine physician and is without any doubt the best doctor in the DeLaney house.
